The term “women’s empowerment” has become something of a joke these days. Anyone, who has even written one piece on the topic, claims to be an expert. That’s okay, I guess. We need more and more women to come forward and write about this. But what scares me are opinions based on half knowledge. Today everyone is eager to put out their opinions without delving deep into the subject they are talking about. You don’t need to write a book or publish articles to be an expert – you need to think and study and understand – and more than anything else – empathize.
